Aubrey Lynn Whitney

I was born on August 15, 2009 in Penticton Hospital at 11:23 PM PST. I did give my Mom and Dad quite a shock as I arrived 2 weeks early (hee hee)...just goes to show - life doesn't care about your plans. My Mom was in labour for about 10 hours but I came out perfectly and made it all worth it!

My New Home

I arrived to my new home mid-day on the 16th of August, and so far so good! Everyone is very excited to see me and is making quite a fuss. I can't quite get the latching thing down, but I'm sure after a bit of practice, Mom and I will be a good team. Mom and Dad were pretty thrilled today as I had my first poop. Geez - the things that excite some people...if that's all it takes, it'll be a breeze to keep them happy!

My New Family

I love my Mom and Dad alot, and my brother, Kobe and sister, Tika were extremely curious when I came home. They've been really fun, and try to lick me all the time. Sometimes I let them! I can't wait until I'm old enough to play with them. I think we'll all be great friends. I'm so looking forward to meeting my grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins...so many things to come!!
